In today’s article, I will show you how to open a position with an expiry of 5 seconds. This option is currently available only at the Pocket Option broker, so if you want to test it for a demo, open a free account by clicking the button below. At the time of writing this article, this is a very fresh feature so it may not be available to everyone. Pocket Option informs in a press release that the availability of this function also depends on the speed of the Internet and the level of latency to the server supporting this function.
First, switch to Quick Trading in Pocket Option
After logging into the platform, find the “Time” box on the right side. Then click on the flag icon that is between the “+” and “-” symbols. This will allow you to switch to Quick Trading.
Then click on the “Time” box and select the settings as shown in the attached picture. You can set any expiry time here with precision to the second. If you meet all the conditions, the platform will allow you to set the expiry time to 5 seconds. When you set everything up, just open any position. The transaction should expire after 5 seconds.
If you are looking for a strategy that supports such a low expiration time, check out the video on our channel. This is a simple Price Action strategy that involves opening a position in the opposite direction to the move the market is trying to suggest. The full video and capital management can be found below.
